 Hello!! I have already told in previous posts that I am a student of psychology. psychology is a very varied discipline in the field of study and application. This is my first year, but I think I would like to specialize in social psychology.  Although I still don't know much about the subject, I have had teachers who work and research in social psychology and so far I have liked their view of the discipline. I have read that many of my university professors studied at the university of Barcelona, at least in the social area, so i would like to study in España. I would totally adapt to the schedule, but I preferred it to be part-time so I could work while I study. I hope someday to fulfill my dream and be able to study and dedicate myself to the field of psychology research and thus someday become an academic at the university.

 Hello! i had told you before that i live in san carlos. san carlos is a small town and has no theater, that's why to see plays or exhibitions, i went to Chillan which is a city that is 30 minutes away by bus. This photo was taken by my best friend once we went to the theater in Chillan to see a play and ended up seeing an exhibition of paintings by chance. This painting especially caught the attention of both of us. I remember that we said that they looked like masks and we imagined ourselves in a masked ball.  It was late and there was no one in the exhibition room, so we started to dance balsas as if we were inside the painting, until a guard arrived and told us that they had told him that there were children dancing around the room and that it was not possible so they took us out of the theater jajaj.  At that time I was very embarrassed but now I am very happy to remember it.  An extra photo from that same day, taken by my best friend

 T oday i want to tell you about my favorite book!  My favorite book is called "El Túnel". It is a psychological, existentialist novel that tells the tragic story of a painter named Juan Pablo Castel who falls in love and becomes obsessed with Mary. Finally he murders her.  I find this book really interesting, what I like most about it is that every time I read it I am able to identify with the protagonist until the end and I remember that he is a murderer. This is why I think it is very well written  This book has a special value for me, I could read it 1000 times more and keep finding details and analyzing them in ways I hadn't thought of before  After that I read other books of this style and they are part of my list of favorites for example "la insoportable levedad del ser " and "El extranjero". 

  Hello to everyone! it was difficult to choose my  favorite piece of technology  ☹ I thought about my cell phone, but I like my computer even more, it is not very good, but it is very useful. What I like most about my computer is how I got it jajajja, I would enter the university, so I needed a computer, as I had no money,  I worked all summer as a waitress in a restaurant in the market of my little town,   it was not a good experience but if a good story to tell jaja. I use my computer to read, listen to music, watch videos, write, save important things, but most importantly, to study and do jobs for the university. for this reason I use my computer everydays. I like it because I got it with a lot of effort, it was the first time I bought something so valuable and useful. Besides, my life (university life) would be much more complicated. curious date:  my computer can bend.  

Hi! today's topic is about my career choice!  When I was a child dreamed of being a teacher, doctor, dancer,cook and puppy doctor jaja. Although I don't study any of these careers, are memories that I keep with  much tenderness.   During high school I thought of many careers, all related to art, humanities and people. Theater  psychology, sociology, history, law and anthropology   I finally chose psychology, as I feel it is a career with a wide field, so I will be able to combine my different interests and also help people.    My experience at the university has been… singular. I had many expectations about my first year of university, expectations interrupted by the pandemic.  but there are also positive things; the teachers, my classmates and the subjects.     My dream for the future is to be a social psychologist and then a professor at the university.

Hello, I am Elisandra I am 19 years old and I am from San Carlos, a small town located in the south    I have a sister and a brother, bárbara y Matías. Bárbara is thirteen years old and Matias is seven. They are very funny, they like to watch superhero series when they are together. Bárbara is shy and a very good reader, Matías is a very restless child and very good skater.  They are the most important human beings in my life.    I study psychology at Facultad de Ciencias Sociales of the Universidad de chile. I really like my career and in general the area of social scinces. This is my first year in the university and due to of the pandemic i have online classes. I used to dance contemporany dance and practice teather, but the pandemic has changed my hobbies. Now I practice siwinging with flags and pois.
